Execute was asked to perform a review of the company and provide an opinion of the current performance in context of the business plan.
Execute recommended a move away from being a service-based antisense design company towards being a provider of tools that improve the speed and quality of design of antisense, siRNA and gene expression probes for drug discovery applications.
A new business plan including full financial modelling was drafted by Execute and adopted by the Board of Directors. |
