Execute and spin-out company Global coreSports announces £220K investment by current shareholders.
Global coreSports announces today that agreement has been reached for Execute Technologies Inc, Burnbrae Limited, betinternet.com PLC and Ataraxia Investments to invest a sum of £220,000 via way of the issue of new shares.
The investment will enable the company to: launch its flagship massively multiplayer online cash gaming product coreFootball.com in September 2006; implement a number of strategic marketing and business development deals it has already signed-up and; begin the development of its next title coreRacing.com, based on the sport of horse racing, due for release in 2007.
