Execute portfolio company Horizon Discovery Ltd closes deal with Genentech
Horizon Discovery has signed a commercial agreement to supply leading US cancer Pharma, Genentech with access to its OncoGene panel of isogenic cell-lines. The specific terms of the deal remain confidential but involve the payment of up-front, annual renewal and screening-milestone payments.
The company is also in negotiation with Genentech for an additional deal based upon the custom development of a panel of isogenic cell-lines and it is expected that this will complete over the next twelve months.
Chris Torrance, Horizon Discovery’s CEO says: “We are delighted to have Genentech as our first major client for our newly launched OncoGene panel. We look forward to collaborating with Genentech on constructing new isogenic cancer models in the near future”
